The World Of Tehar
The Fey make their homes in a plane known as The Wilds, its a border between material plane and that of the elemental planes. Every so often a disturbance occurs that tears an opening between the planes and creatures can walk into the material world. The Fey tend to stay away from most human settlements and live a life of solitude, but occasionally they due tend to find a mate and that mate can be anything from human to even dragon. During the ancient days of Tehar Dragons would pick those of Fey blood to mate with as they were close their own ancestry in some way, but this only legend as no recorded descendants exist to this day.
Half-Feys Racial Traits
+2 to any two ability scores: Due to the mixture of of blood between Fey and another species they have the ability to adjust to there surroundings as they age into adulthood.
Medium: Half-Feys are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Half-Feys have a base speed of 30 feet.
Low-Light Vision: This race can see outdoors on a moonlit night as well as they can during the day
Tough Skin: The Half-Fey gain a tough skin due to the mixing of bloods than generally take on the aspects of whatever they breed with. Members of this race gain a +1 to natural bonus to Armor Class.
Well Known Craftsman: The Half-Fey are well known for being disciplined craftsmen they gain a +2 to their craft and profession skills
Claws: Members of this race receive two claw attacks. These are primary natural attacks. 1d4 slashing damage
Breath Weapon: The Half Fey-Dragon retain the breath weapon of their parent. 15-foot cone, Once per day, as a standard action, members of this race can make a cold breath weapon attack that deals *1d6 points of the damage type chosen in the area chosen. All creatures within the affected area must make a Reflex saving throw to avoid taking damage. The save DC against this breath weapon is 10 + 1/2 the user’s character level + the user’s Constitution modifier. Those who succeed at the save take no damage from the attack *
Languages: The Half-Fey/Dragon begin play speaking Common and Fey or Draconic. Half-Fey/Dragon with high intelligence scores can choose from the following: Sylvan, Aklo, Elven.
